Our Return Policy

We want you to love your KEAFRICA purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized orders
